Affiliate Tracking Software - Online Signup Terms and Agreement

This Affiliate Tracking Software Online Signup Terms and Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between m30 Technologies Limited (formerly Diga App Technologies Limited), with its principal place of business at House 3 Road 1, Rockview Estate, Kangang, Jos, Plateau State, and the entity or individual registering for the affiliate tracking software services (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. Definitions

• "Affiliate Program" refers to the marketing program managed by the Client that allows third-party affiliates to promote and market the Client's products or services in exchange for a commission.
• "Affiliate Tracking Software" refers to the software provided by m30 Technologies Limited (formerly Diga App Technologies Limited) to track and manage the performance of affiliates in the Affiliate Program.
• "Affiliate" refers to third-party individuals or entities participating in the Affiliate Program.
• "Commission" refers to the compensation payable to Affiliates for generating sales, leads, or desired actions as defined by the Client.
• "Effective Date" refers to the date on which this Agreement becomes effective, as indicated during the online signup process.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, m30 Technologies Limited (formerly Diga App Technologies Limited) grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Affiliate Tracking Software solely for the purpose of tracking and managing its Affiliate Program.

3. Data Usage and Privacy

• m30 Technologies Limited (formerly Diga App Technologies Limited) will only use Client Data as necessary to provide the services outlined in this Agreement and will not share, sell, or distribute Client Data to any third parties.
• Both Parties agree to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations.

4. Payment and Commission

• The Parties shall agree upon the commission structure to be implemented for Affiliates.
• m30 Technologies Limited (formerly Diga App Technologies Limited) is not responsible for the payment of commissions to Affiliates. The Client assumes full responsibility for accurately calculating and disbursing Affiliate commissions.

5. Confidentiality

The Parties shall treat all Confidential Information as strictly confidential and shall not disclose, reproduce, distribute, or use such information except for the purposes of this Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Affiliate Tracking Software and any related documentation are the proprietary and intellectual property of m30 Technologies Limited (formerly Diga App Technologies Limited).
